某大型网架结构检测与鉴定

摘    要:某高速公路收费站网架为螺栓球节点正放四角锥网架结构,网架整体采用多点支撑。因废弃多年,由于结构出现严重锈蚀损伤等问题,对网架进行结构检测。根据现场实测数据建立屋盖结构计算模型,对屋盖进行结构强度和整体变形的分析。通过现场检测与计算结果,得出屋盖产生损伤的主要原因,并对屋盖网架整体安全性进行了评估。同时,分析影响类似屋盖结构在役过程中安全性的主要因素,为类似钢结构检测鉴定提供参考。

Abstract:The grid structure of a highway toll station which has been abandoned for many years is a quadrangular pyramid grid structure supported by multi bolted spherical joints. Because of the serious corrosion damage of the structure, the on-site inspection has been carried out. The calculation model of roof structure is established based on field measured data, and the structural strength, overall deformation and non-linear buckling analysis of roof considering initial defects are carried out. The main causes of roof damage are obtained through on-site detection and calculation results, and the overall safety of roof space truss is evaluated. At the same time, the main factors affecting the safety of similar roof structures in service are analyzed for the reference of similar steel structure inspection and appraisal.
