摘    要:针对分布式电源大规模接入配电网造成的资源浪费与储能系统经济性有待提高的问题,提出一种用于提高分布式电源消纳和储能系统经济性的集群储能控制策略.首先,建立了兼顾系统模块度与有功功率平衡度的综合性能指标,并提出了基于遗传算法的集群划分方法.然后,通过逐层进行配电网与集群层面的削峰填谷,依次确定集群储能及节点储能功率;在计及配电系统安全、储能系统运行等约束条件下,构建了集群储能经济模型,分析既有储能配置下可消纳新能源比例及储能系统日运行收益,确定各节点储能最优时序出力.仿真结果表明,所提控制策略可以促进配电网新能源消纳,提高储能系统运行经济性.

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of resource waste caused by the large-scale access of distributed generators to distribution networks and improving the economy of energy storage systems, a cluster energy storage control strategy for prompting the distributed generation accommodation and improving the economy of energy storage system is proposed . Firstly, a comprehensive performance index considering system modularity and active power balance is constructed, and a cluster partition method based on the genetic algorithm is proposed. Then, according to the peak shaving of distribution networks and cluster layer by layer, the power of the cluster energy storage and the bus energy storage is determined. Considering the constraints of distribution system safety and energy storage system operation, an economic model of cluster energy storage is constructed, and the proportion of renewable energy that can be consumed under the existing energy storage configuration and the daily operation income of the energy storage system are analyzed to determine the optimal output time series of each cluster energy storage. The simulation results show that the proposed control strategy can promote the renewable energy accommodation and improve the operation economy of the energy storage system.
