聚合物再生砂浆力学性能试验研究

摘    要:建筑固废弃物尤其是废弃混凝土材料的合理化利用,有利于节约环保,实现有效循环生产。利用废弃水泥混凝土制成的细骨料,替代部分普通砂,配制不同聚合物再生砂浆,研究不同再生砂掺配率下的砂浆力学性能变化规律。研究结果表明:再生细骨料取代天然砂在一定程度上可提高再生砂浆的抗折强度和抗压强度,在再生砂替代率为80%到100%时对抗折抗压强度提高效果较为明显;当其他条件一定时,聚合物再生砂浆抗折及抗压强度随着再生骨料中未发生水化反应的水泥含量的增加而增大。

Abstract:The rational utilization of building solid waste, especially concrete materials, is conducive to the effective cycle production for the environmental protection. The fine aggregate that made of cement concrete waste was used to replace the traditional sand, and the different polymer recycled mortars were prepared to study the variation of mechanical properties of mortar under the blending rate of different recycled sands. The results show that the replacement of natural sand by recycled fine aggregate can improve the flexural strength and compressive strength of recycled mortar to a certain extent. As the replacement rate of reclaimed sand is 80% to 100%, the improvement of compressive strength is obtained. When other conditions are fixed, the flexural and compressive strength of the polymer recycled mortar increases with the cement content in the recycled aggregate without hydration reaction.
