| Abstract: | The new threats and challenges of telecommunications were described.The superiority of telecommunication operators transformation,operations and business model transformation method were analyzed.Then a new concept of distributed intelligent open system was proposed,which was realization of public computing communication network.The architecture and key technologies of DIOS were discussed in detail. |
