摘    要:在分析硫氰酸盐和硫脲浸金体系氧化剂对置换回收硫氰酸盐金和硫脲金造成负面影响的根源以及克服其负面影响方案的共性特点的基础上,考察了铜离子对铝粉置换金硫代硫酸络离子的影响以及克服其抑制作用的方法。铜离子对铝粉置换金硫代硫酸络离子产生抑制作用的根源在于浸出液中铜离子的存在增加了体系的氧化还原电位。乙二胺四乙酸二钠能克服氧化剂对置换反应的抑制作用,归功于铜乙二胺四乙酸盐螯合物的生成。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the reasons of the negative effect of the oxidants from thiocyanate and thiourea leaching systems on the cementation of gold from the corresponding leach solution and the common characteristic of the methods to overcome the negative effects, the effect of cupric ions on the cementation of gold from thiosulphate solutions by aluminum powder and the method to overcome the inhibitory effect were investigated. The reason of the inhibitory effect of cupric ions on the cementation of gold from thiosulphate solution was that the presence of cupric ions in thiosulphate solution would increase the redox potential of the solutions. Ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid disodium salt (EDTA) was used to overcome the negative effect of cupric ion on gold cementation reaction, which is attributed to the formation of Cu(II)-EDTA complex.
