烟支含签率的影响因素探讨

摘    要:对叶片含梗率及PROTOS— 70卷烟机的剔梗签系统对于烟支含签率的影响进行了分析 ,结果表明 :叶片中含梗率的高低直接影响烟支含签率 ,梗导向板高度应≤ 6 7mm ;不同等级的卷烟在风压、负压一定的情况下 ,梗导向板高度与烟支含梗签率成负相关 ,与梗签含丝率成正相关 ;在烟支含梗签率、风压、负压一定的情况下 ,卷烟等级升高梗导向板高度随着增加 ;在梗导向板高度、负压一定的情况下 ,烟支含梗签率与风压成正相关 ;在梗导向板高度、风压不变的情况下 ,随着负压的升高烟支含签率增加、梗签含丝量减少 ;随着烟支含梗签率的降低 ,烟支重量标准偏差也降低 .根据生产卷烟等级调整剔梗系统后可降低消耗 ,提高设备有效作业率

Abstract:The effect on stem sliver percentage in cigarette caused by change of stem percentage in lamina and adjustment of stem sliver rejection system in PROTOS-70 cigarette maker is studied.The analysis showed that the stem percentage in lamina influences the stem sliver percentage directly.The height of stem guide plate should be equal to or less than 67 mm; for producing different classes of cigarette,the relationship between the height of stem guide plate and stem sliver percentage is negative,while the relationship between the height of stem guide plate and cut lamina percentage in stem is positive in the condition of fixed air pressure and vacuum volume.The height of stem guide plate increases along with the higher cigarette class in the condition of the fixed stem sliver percentage as well as fixed air pressure and vacuum volume.The relationship between stem sliver percentage and air pressure is positive in the condition of the fixed height of stem guide plate and the fixed vacuum volume.In the condition of the fixed height of stem guide plate and fixed air pressure volume,cut lamina percentage in stem decreases in the pace with the increasing of vacuum volume and stem sliver percentage.The cigarette weight deviation decreases along with the decreasing of stem sliver percentage.The tobacco consumption decreases and equipment efficiency increases as the stem sliver rejection system has been adjusted.
