七水硫酸锌精制工艺的研究

摘    要:在工业生产中,粗七水硫酸锌精制制备七水硫酸锌晶体极易结块,通过观察分析,认为主要是溶液过饱和影响了溶液结晶产率,同时结晶温度、搅拌速度、浓缩方法、抽滤效果等是造成产品结块的主要原因。通过控制一定的工艺条件,既能防止结块,又能达到降低生产成本、提高产品质量的目的。

Abstract:Proposed seven water purification process of zinc sulfate,the solution may be a certain degree of zinc sulfate heptahydrate caking problems.The paper analyzed the causes of product caking that the solution was supersaturated solution crystallization yield of the main problems,at the same time the crystallization temperature,stirring speed,concentration methods,filtration effect were the main causes of product agglomerate,by controlling the process condition,crystallization could be avoided,production costs was reduced,product quality was also improved.
