热连轧机水平振动特性研究

摘    要:为了研究轧机振动特性并找到振源,根据轧制界面非线性粘滑摩擦特性,建立了轧辊水平方向摩擦颤振模型、接轴不平衡力引起的工作辊水平方向跳振模型。模型仿真表明,当外扰力幅较小时系统呈现概周期运动,外扰力幅较大时系统呈混沌状态;当机座有间隙时轧辊水平振动波形有削顶现象,系统动力学变差;当采取消除间隙、消除接轴不平衡力措施后,系统的动力学性能得到改善。实测表明,当采取相应措施后振动强度减弱。
