N-乙基-2,3-双氧哌嗪的工艺探索

摘    要:以草酸二乙醇和N-乙基乙二胺为主要原料,经过缩合反应合成N-乙基-2,3-双氧派嗪,考察了溶剂及用量、物料配比、反应温度及时间、草酸二乙酯的滴加时间等因素对收率的影响,并通过正交实验对反应条件进行优化.在优化条件下,N-乙基-2,3-双氧派嗪的的收率可达81.52%.并在此条件下,尝试将传统的非均相反转变为均相反应,使...

Abstract:N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine as prepared by N-ethylethylenediamine and diethyl oxalate as material by nucleophilic substitution reaction and condensation reaction.On the investigating the effects of solvent,amount of solvent,the ratio of raw material,reaction temperature,reaction time and dropped time of diethyl oxalate on the yield,the optimum reaction conditions were obtained by using orthogonal experimental design.The yield of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine was to 81.52 %.Considering all factors,improved old process,building up new process.The yield of N-ethyl-2,3-dioxypiperazine was to 82.36 % under new process.The product was analyzed and confirmed by IR spectrum and melting point.
