摘    要:为了提高板带轧制力的计算速度和计算精度,提出了离散块元法。该法是将变形区划分为有限离散单元,考虑剪切变形作用,经BP神经网络训练获取其各种工况下的剪切变形因数模型而建立的高速计算模型,在平面变形条件下实现了对板带轧制力的预测,经该方法建立的轧制力计算模型具有较高的计算精度和计算速度,并在现场中得到了应用。

Abstract:Based on discrete system finite element,a fast numerical calculation method was proposed to study the accurate and fast model of on plate or strip mill.After the deformation zone was meshed by finite distinct elements,taking the influence of shear strain on rolling force into consideration,the shearing deformation parameters were obtained by BP network on the background of kinds of operating models.A fast model of rolling force has been obtained under the plane-strain condition.The model has been used in th...
