低碳易切削钢LF炉精炼渣控制工艺

摘    要:与还原渣相比,易切削钢LF精炼渣具有控氧、低脱硫率、低脱磷率的冶金功能特点。该类渣中须保持一定比例的FeO、MnO,低碱度,渣量适当并能充分吸附钢中A12O3、硅酸盐夹杂物。合适的精炼渣成分(质量分数,%)为:CaO 30~40,Al2O310~25,FeO 2~6,MnO 10~25,SiO210~20,MgO 4~8。该精炼渣的平均脱硫率为11.7%,平均LP为0.56;钢中B类夹杂物为0~1.0,C类夹杂物为0~1.5。

Abstract:Compared with deoxidizing slag,free cutting steel LF refining slag has the unique metallurgical function of control of free oxygen content in molten steel,low rate of desulphurization and dephosphorization.Besides low basicity and proper quantity,the slag should contain proper ratio of FeO and MnO,and absorb A12O3 and silicate adequately.The proper refining slag contains 30%-40%CaO,10%-25%A12O3,2%-6%FeO,10%-25%MnO,10%-20%SiO2,4%-8%MgO.With this slag,the average desulphurization rate is 11.7%,(P2O5)/P] is 0...
