论《化工数学》课程开设的必要性和可行性

The Necessity & Feasibility of the Construction of the Subject "Chemical Mathematics"

Based on the characteristic of chemical engineering specialty curricula,the necessity & feasibility of chemical mathematics were discussed.The necessity was that,many basal professional subjects and professional subjects require mathematical knowledge and theories,which exceed the basal mathematics.The requirement could only be met by taking the professional mathematics.Meanwhile,the students’the basis of mathematics could be formed,which was propitious to chemical technical work after their graduation.The feasibility was that,there were many teaching materials of chemical mathematics.So it was needn’t to compile new teaching material.The teaching arrangements were that,taking theory teaching as the emphasis,the exercise classes,colligate research classes and program as auxiliary means.The farther teaching research of the subject was pointed out on the basis of the necessity & feasibility.
