双元理想溶液精馏实际级数的近似分析解

摘    要:对双元理想溶液精馏,分精馏段与提馏段,采用y_n=a_1x_n+b_1x_ny_n+c_1拟合“拟平衡曲线”,并与操作线方程联解,得出Riccate型非线性差分方程。解此差分方程导出计算精馏段或提馏段实际级数的方程式。验算表明,该式与逐级计算(模拟x~y图上的作图过程)相比,实际级数的相对误差为1%左右,适用于工程计算。本文提供一种已知塔顶、进料和塔底三板的板效率近似计算双元理想溶液精馏的全塔实际级数和适宜进料位置的可行方法。


An approximate analytical solution for the number of actual stages for binary ideal system distillation
Abstract:The equation y_n=a_1x_n+b_1x_ny_n+c_1 is adopted to fit the pseudo-equilibrium curves of the rectifying and stripping sections of a binary ideal system distillation column. By solving this equation simultaneously with the operation-line equation, a Riccate-type non-linear difference equation is obtained, whichin turn is solved to derive an equation for calculating the number of actual stages. The results show a relative error of 1% as compared with those obtained from step-by-step calculations. It is thus suitable for engineering calculations.
