不同卡伯值麦草浆臭氧-TCF漂白性能比较

摘    要:在不同蒸煮条件下,得到不同卡伯值的麦草浆G-1、G-2、G-3、L-1,卡伯值分别为29、18.6、14、7.81;浆料经过酸预处理和螯合预处理,去除重金属离子对臭氧漂白的影响。然后经过臭氧-过氧化氢漂白,结果表明:卡伯值越高,脱木质素选择性越差,白度上升值越低。同时进行了四种不同卡伯值麦草浆臭氧漂白前后浆料中戊聚糖含量变化的比较。结果表明,低卡伯值麦草浆L-1有利于臭氧漂白。

Abstract:Under different conditions of cooking, wheat straw pulps G-1, G-2, G-3 and L-1 with Kappa number of 29, 18.6, 14 and 7.81 respectively were obtained, acid pretreatment and chelate pretreatment were carried out to pulp in order to remove the influence of heavy metal ion on ozone bleaching. Then ozonic-hydrogen peroxide bleaching were carried out and the results show that the higher of Kappa number, the poor of the delignification selectivity and the lower of brightness rising. A comparison of the changes of the pentosan content in the pulps before and after ozone bleaching of the four different Kappa number wheat straw pulps was carried and the results show that the wheat straw pulp L- 1 with low Kappa number is favourable to ozone bleaching.
