纺织机械变质量转子的振动机理分析

研究了纺织机械变质量转子系统的振动问题．首先建立了弹性支承变质量转子系统的力学模型和运动微分方程；然后，采用Ｒｕｎｇｅ－Ｋｕｔｔａ方法求解了多种参数下的自由振动和强迫振动．分析结果表明：变质量转子的自田振动是由转子质量大小变化引起的；强迫振动是由转子质量分布变化引起的；自由振动振幅随时间作单调变化；强迫振动振幅随时间作周期变化；弹性支承的弹性阻尼作用可以有效地抑制上述振动。

Vibrations of Textile Machine Rotor with Variable Mass

Vibration of a flexibly supported rotor with variable mass of a textile machine are studied in this paper.First of all,the mathematical model of the flexibly supported rotor with wriable mass is built up.Then,the free vibration and the forced vibration of the rotor are obtained by means of Runge-Kutta method.The obtained results show that:The free vibration of a rotor with variale mass is caused by rotor mass varying in amount,and the forced vibration by rotor mass varying in distribution. Amplltute of the free vibration changes monotonically with time, and that of the forced vibration alters periodically as time.Moreover,the vibration can be restrained effectively by the elasticity and damping of the flexible support.
