摘    要:探讨了在蓬勃发展的电子商务的环境下,中国的人力资源管理现状;通过基本数据的分析,明确了中国目前面临的主要问题和挑战,为政府部门提出了相应的对策建议以供参考。

Abstract:While e-commerce has its own advantages of enabling business access to distant markets, reduces the time to supply those markets and decrease production, storage and transaction costs, it will also cause some adverse effects on human resource management in China's ever intense unemployment circumstances. This paper intends to explore the situation of human resource management conditions under the booming e-commerce environment in China, analyze the basic data and identify the challenges and the main problems China faces. Based on the findings of this study, some references for policy-makers are offered.
