摘    要:利用(苯乙烯/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(SBS)与二烯丙基双酚A(DABPA)反应制得SBS-g-DABPA,将其用于聚碳酸酯(PC)/(丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯)共聚物(ABS)合金的增容改性。探讨了SBS-g-DABPA接枝率的影响因素及SBS-g-DABPA对PC/ABS合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,SBS-g-DABPA对PC/ABS合金具有明显的增容作用,当SBS-g-DABPA接枝率为14%、用量为3%时,PC/ABS/SBS-g-DABPA共混体系具有优异的力学性能。

Abstract:SBS-g-DABPA was prepared by grafting DABPA onto SBS,and it was used as compatibilizer for PC/ABS alloy.The affecting factors of SBS-g-DABPA graft ratio and the effects of SBS-g-DABPA on the mechanical property of PC/ABS were discussed.The results showed that the compatibilization of SBS-g-DABPA on PC/ABS was obviously,and the mechanical property of PC/ABS/SBS-g-DABPA was excellent as the graft ratio of SBS-g-DABPA was 14% and the content of graft polymer was 3%.
