摘    要:以某电厂热网加热器疏水管道振动问题为例,通过现场检查结合管系振动频率和振型分析,论述了管内流体激振力与管道振动响应的关系。针对运行工况和管系应力计算,制定了加设减振装置,提高管系刚度的振动治理技术方案,治理后管系振动明显降低。

Abstract:Taking vibration problem of drain pipeline from a heater in heating network of one power plant as an example, the relation between vibration-exciting force of fluid flowing in the pipe and pipeline vibration response has been expounded through inspection in the field and combined with analysis of pipe vibration frequency and the oscillation mode. Directing against the operating condition and tubulature stress calculation, a technical scheme for remedy of the said vibration has been worked out, to install vibration damper for enhancing the rigidness of said pipeline.
