金属管道锈蚀菌的培养及其活性研究

摘    要:地下金属供水管道的侧壁通常含有一定数量的锈蚀菌,它会诱发金属管道及材料腐蚀。金属管道从界面开始逐步损坏,使用寿命大大缩短。研究了锈蚀菌的生存条件和存在状态,结果表明,SRB生长的最佳温度为35℃,pH=7.5。

Abstract:Underground metal water pipe usually contain a certain amount of bacteria which can corrosive the metal pipes and materials. The metal pipes were damaged from the interface gradually, and their life were shorted. The survival condition and existence of bacteria were studied in this paper. The result showed that the optimum growing conditions are temperature 35 ℃, pH = 7.5.
