法兰密封中螺栓与螺栓孔的传热学模型建立

摘    要:建立法兰密封中螺栓与螺栓孔的传热学模型,将辐射换热、对流换热、导热转化为螺栓与螺栓孔间空气层的当量导热,计算了不同规格螺栓在不同温度下的当量导热系数,结果表明:对所有规格的螺栓,空气层的对流换热可以完全忽略;当量导热系数随温度变化是近似线性变化的;导热是主要热传递方式,辐射换热总体比例不超过35%。

Abstract:The heat transfer model between bolt and bolt hole of bolted flange sealing is established. Thermal radiation and thermal convection and thermal conduction are transformed into equivalent thermal conduction of air layer. Equivalent thermal conduction of different types of bolts under different temperature is computed. The result shows that thermal convection of air layer can be ignored completely of all types of bolts; equivalent thermal conduction change with temperature is linearity. Thermal conduction is the main way of heat transfer and the whole proportion of thermal radiation is less than 35%.
