摘    要:本文介绍了货轮左右舷侧龙门吊轨道角焊缝连接处出现大量裂纹,从U71Mn材质轨道钢的焊接性能入手,对其化学成分及机械性能进行了分析,提出了甲板轨道安装的改进方案,即采用两边加夹板的形式固定轨道的横向移动,供同行参考。

Abstract:This article introduces the cause of large number of cracks at the fillet weld joint of gantry crane rail on both sides of the cargo. The paper analyzes chemical composition and mechanical properties of the welding performance of U71 Mn rail steel material. And deck rail installation improvement scheme is proposed,which fixes orbit lateral movement through splint on both sides.
