氯碱氧化/混凝气浮/HBF-N联合工艺处理煤化工综合废水

摘    要:采用氯碱氧化/混凝气浮/HBF-N联合工艺处理安徽某煤化工企业的综合废水,运行结果表明,该工艺运行处理效果稳定,抗冲击负荷,以及脱氮率较高的优点。当进水CODCr、BOD5、NH3-N和SS分别为900~1300mg/L、450mg/L、300mg/L和150mg/L时,出水浓度分别等于或小于50mg/L、20mg/L、5mg/L和20mg/L,出水水质达到《合成氨工业污染物排放标准》(GB13458-2001)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)的一级标准。

Abstract:A combined process of chlor-alkali oxidation/coagulation air floatation/HBF-N was used to treat chemical integrated wastewater in a chemical plant in Anhui Province.The operation results show that the process has advantages of stable operation,stronger resistance to shock loading and higher nitrogen removal efficiency.When the influent CODCr,BOD5,NH3-N and SS are 900~1300 mg/L,450 mg/L,300 mg/L and 150 mg/L respectively,the effluent CODCr,BOD5, NH3-N and SS are equal to or less than 50 mg/L,20 mg/L,5 mg/L and 20 mg/L,reaching the first class criteria of Synthetic Ammonia Industry Pollutants Discharge Standard(GB13458-2001)and Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB8978-1996).
