非对称渐开线直齿轮的有限元模态分析

摘    要:基于Pro/E软件建立了非对称渐开线直齿轮的参数化模型,通过ANSYS软件建立了齿轮的有限元模型,并对有限元模型进行模态分析,得到了非对称/对称渐开线直齿轮的固有频率和振型分布。结果表明:渐开线直齿轮固有频率的变化与齿轮两侧的压力角无关,是稳定的;固有频率相对于与工作齿侧和非工作齿侧压力角之和呈现递增—稳定—递减的关系;渐开线直齿轮的最大变形量,随着频率的变化是阻尼正弦衰减的,并逐渐收敛到同一临域内,与齿轮两侧的压力角分配无关。

Abstract:The parametrical model of the spur gear with asymmetric involute is established using the software Pro/E,and the finite element model for this kind of gear is then put forward.Moreover,the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the spur gear with asymmetric/symmetric involute are obtained,respectively,by means of the modal analysis to the finite element model.The results under the different conditions show that the natural frequency of the spur gear with involute is stable and independent on the pressure angles on each side,but dependent on the sum of them.The relationship between the natural frequency and the sum of angles has the characteristics as followed:increasing-stable-decreasing.The maximum deformations of the spur gear with involute are damped sinusoidal oscillation as increasing of the frequency,convergence to the same neighborhood,and independent on the pressure angles of the gear.
