摘    要:本文研制了一种用于碟式太阳能聚能器的太阳自动跟踪系统,该系统利用高精度的PSD(Position Sensitive Detector,位置敏感探测器)传感器来获取太阳的指向位置,通过ARM7微控制器S3C44BOX控制高精度机械转台转动,从而使聚能器指向太阳光入射方向。全文设计论证了系统软、硬件的实现方案,并研制出了相应的系统平台。实际测试结果表明,相比固定朝向式的聚能器,该系统对太阳能的采集效率能够提高约30%。

Abstract:A novel sun auto-tracking system for dish solar concentrator is studied in this paper. In this system, a posi- tion sensitive detector (PSD) is used to measure the incident direction of the sun, then the 32-bit ARM7 embedded micro- processor S3C44BOX controls the rotation of the high-precision turntable, and then dish solar concentrator is faced toward the sun. The hardware and software plans for sun auto-tracking system are designed in this paper, and at the same time a sys- tem platform is accomplished. The results of the experiments show that the sun auto-tracking system can track the sun. Com- pared with the system that the solar panel is in fixed direction, dish solar concentrator using sun auto-tracking system can improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy by 30% in the same condition.
