摘    要:运行在常态工况下,对一次风机进行了相关的热态试验,发现原一次风机运行效率偏低的主要原因是选型的设计参数不当;一次风机风量裕量不足而一次风机风压裕量过大;一次风机性能与管网阻力不匹配等.结合实际工况,重新进行了一次风机的选型参数计算,得到了最优化的改造方案.即保留原一次风机的电动机、传动组、基础、进气箱和调节门等部件,更...

Abstract:The main reason of lower efficiency of the primary air fan is found with inappropriate design parameters for type selection when a related thermal test is carried out in the primary air fan under normal working condition.That is,insufficient quantity of the air and excessive pressure of the primary fan;mismatching between the performance and the resistance in pipes.An optimum reformation scheme has been obtained based on recalculation of the parameters for the primary fan combined with actual condition,i.e....
