摘    要:新型陶瓷材料以其独特的优越性,广泛应用于机械、电力电子、纺织、航空航天、医疗器械、石化等领域,几乎遍及现代科技的每一个角落,应用前景十分广阔.讨论了新型陶瓷的紫外激光加工方式和加工的原理;介绍了355 nm激光加工特点以及实验的研究结果.

Abstract:Because of new type of ceramics's superiorities,it has been used widely in almost all fields of the modern technology,for example,machine,electron,textile industry,aviation,the petrochemical industry,medical equipment and so on.The mode and theory of UV laser processing were discussed.The characteristic and result of 355nm laser processing were introduced.
