高分辨力超声波飞行时间测量系统

摘    要:从超声波飞行时间测量的传统方法入手,分析了这种方法不能提高测量分辨力的原因,阐述了提高测量分辨力的途径和方法;简要介绍了提高测量分辨力关键技术———时间内插法测量飞行时间的工作原理;给出了具体的实施方案———复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)结合无源延迟线实现内插测量,实验验证结果表明:通过时间内插技术完成的飞行时间测量,消除了计数法中整时钟周期误差,大幅度提高了测量分辨力,降低了硬件成本,提高了系统稳定性,具有推广价值。

Abstract:The matter that the measurement resolution not improved by traditional way in ultrasonic flight-time measurement is explained. The method and approach by which measurement resolution is improved are presented. Key technology-work principle of measuring flight-time on time-interval is described ; concrete implement plan-time-interval measurement realized by combination of CPLD and passive delay-line is provided. The experiment results show that flight-time measurement is implemented; the whole clock error in count method is eliminated,so the resolution is improved through time-interval technology. Hardware cost is lowered, and system stability is improved. The method is worth spreading.
