新型铜爆炸成形弹丸的数值模拟与试验研究

摘    要:利用ALE算法对新型铜爆炸成形弹丸进行了数值模拟和分析,同时进行了EFP成形X光摄影试验。在模拟和试验过程中以T2军用紫铜和工业纯铁药型罩作为对比,进行三种罩材、三种壁厚药型罩的EFP成形模拟与试验,获取三种罩材对比EFP形体和性能参数,试验结果与计算结果符合很好。结果表明新型铜EFP较T2紫铜的抗拉断能力较强,具有明显的优势。分析了新型铜药型罩材料在产品上的应用前景。

Abstract:Shaping of explosively formed projectile is simulated by ALE method, and X-ray experiment of EFP forming is carried out at same time. The pure iron and T2 military copper are used as contrast liner materials in the simulation experiment, results of EFP shapes and properties parameters of the three liner materials with three liner thickness are achieved. The calculated results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. The results show that new copper EFPs have stronger breaking resistance than the T2 copper. The application prospect of the new copper liner materials is analyzed.
