面向汽车发动机装配过程质量控制系统研究

摘    要:为解决汽车发动机整体装配过程在线质量控制问题,在分析发动机装配工艺路线特点的基础之上,结合当前工业技术,开发面向发动机的装配过程质量控制系统(APQCS)。该系统从发动机装配过程质量形成全过程的角度出发,以发动机的装配质量形成过程为主线,质量信息的采集、传输、分析处理以及反馈控制为辅助技术路线,实现了发动机装配过程的质量在线控制。以某汽车公司生产的四缸汽油发动机为例,通过应用该系统,验证了系统的有效性以及可靠性。

Abstract:Aimed at solving the online control problem for assembly quality of automotive engine, the characteristics of the engine assembly process route are analyzed, the engine assembly process quality control system (APQCS) are developed with tile current industrial technology. According to the quality forming process of engine assembly process, qualily data collection, transmission, processing, analysis, feedback control, are used to achieve the online control of assembly qualily. Taken tbe gasoline engines assembled and installed by X auto companies as the research objects, the application of this system proves the high reliability and effectiveness of the system presented.
