某压气机静叶叶型气动特性的实验研究

摘    要:对重燃压气机第七级静叶根、中、顶3个截面的叶型进行了气动性能吹风实验。实验结果表明:叶型损失的主要部分由叶型吸力边的扩压流动产生,合理选择叶型吸力边扩压段的长度与沿扩压段的扩压速率,能够减少叶型损失。在不同冲角下各型面叶型都具有良好的气动特性。

Experimental Study on Aerodynamic Characteristics of Blade Profile in a Compressor Stator

Abstract:The wind test on the aerodynamic characteristics of" three blade profiles (hub, mid and top section) of the seventh stage compressor stator of the heavy duty gas turbine is carried out. The experimental results show that, the main part of the blade profile loss is caused by the diffuser flow of the suction side, choosing the diffuser length of suction side and the diffusion rate along the diffuser reasonably can reduce blade profile loss. Each blade profile has good aerodynamic characteristics under different incidences.
