| 摘 要： | 数控加工自动化程度高，由工艺系统造成的误差不可忽视，通过对数控车削造成的加工误差进行调查分析，总结了因刀具安装、刀尖圆弧、编程加工等不当的影响因素，提出了首件加工控制精度的解决措施。

| Abstract: | NC machining has the advantage of high automation, the error caused by process system can not be ignored. The manufacturing errors of CNC lathe were investigated and analyzed. The factors affected by tool installation, the knifepoint, programming, processing, are put forward. The processing precision control measures of first parts are presented. |
