约束层阻尼梁厚度变形的实验研究

摘    要:约束层阻尼是减振降噪的一种有效方法,Mead-Markus模型不能解释约束层阻尼梁中黏弹层的相对厚度变形.为解释这种变形,Miles和Reinhall提出TD (thickness deformation)模型.文中通过实验的方法验证TD模型的有效性, 并对这种相对变形进行分析讨论.实验结果显示,相对于Mead-Markus模型,尽管TD模型可能不是一种精确的理想模型,但它适用于更宽的激励频率,并可提高模型的分析精度.

Abstract:Constrained layer damping can be an effective approach to reduce vibration amplitude and sound transmission.The common used Mead-Markus model can not account for the relative deformation of the viscoelastic layer of the damping beam.To account for this deformation,Miles and Reinhall developed a model called TD(thickness deformation) model.The purpose of this paper is to test the validity of the TD model and investigate the thickness deformation through experiments.Experimental results show that TD model adapts well to a more wide frequency range than Mead-Markus model and the consideration of the thickness deformation improves the accuracy of the analytical model,although TD model is possibly not a ideal and exact one.
