超声波在线检测技术的应用

摘    要:为了应用超声波的在线检测技术,通过声速测定和衰减测定介绍了这项技术的基本原理与设备,着重论述了超声波在在线检测麦芽汁浓度和乙醇浓度上的应用.该技术具有设备投资低、操作简单、适应性强的特点.

Abstract:The on-line ultrasonic determination now attracts increasing attention in food industry because of its low investment,easy operation,powerful application,and non-destructive evaluation peculiarly.Based on the measurement of acoustic velocity and attenuation,the basic principle and equipment of on-line ultrasonic determination were introduced.Besides,its application in determining the concentration of mash and ethanol is also discussed.
