摘    要:针对双横臂独立扭杆弹簧悬架的特点,运用多体动力学的理论建立了某商务车独立悬架的运动学数学模型和仿真模型,基于遗传算法开发了多目标的优化程序,通过ADAMS/Solver和外部程序的接口文件实现了数据传输。将优化前仿真结果与优化后得到的仿真结果进行了性能对比,结果表明,优化后的仿真结果有效地改善了悬架的性能。该方法和传统的优化设计方法相比,优点在于能提高精度和效率。

Abstract:Based on the features of torsion-bar wishbone suspension,kinematical analysis model of suspension and simulation model were created with the MB(multi-body) system dynamics theory,and multi-objective optimization procedure was developed based on the genetic algorithm,and the data transmission was realized by ADAMS/Solver and exterior procedure connection file.Compared with optimization,simulation results show that the optimization improves the performance of suspension.Compared with traditional design method,the kind of method has improved precision and efficiency.
