摘    要:远方监控系统(SCADA)和高级应用软件(PAS)作为两个独立系统出现有历史发展的原因,不符合物理实际,这种模式的缺陷在发展过程中越来越突出。作者提出了实现SCADA/PAS一体化和跨平台的技术路线。指出SCADA/PAS一体化的关键问题是建立一套统一的系统建模方法,而面向设备的建模是一种很好的解决方案,还介绍了一体化系统的体系结构和功能特色,特别是针对SCADA应用功能的特点作了分析,在传统SCADA功能的基础上实现一些具有较高实用价值的特色功能,如基于网络拓扑的动态着色,用于PAS事故分析的全息PDR以及考虑了操作规程的模拟等,最后,文章介绍了一个能够发布SCADA/PAS信息的WEB发布子系统。

Abstract:The situation that SCADA and PAS were developed as two separated system in the past had its own historical reason, but it did not correspond to reality. The defects of this mode presented more and more obviously in their following up development. In this paper an approach to implement the trans platform for SCADA and PAS and their integration is put forward.It is pointed out that the key problem of integrating SCADA with PAS is to establish a unified system modeling method and the device oriented modeling for both SCADA and PAS is a good solution. The architecture and functions of integrated system are described, especially, the features of the application functions for SCADA are analyzed. On the basis of traditional SCADA some special functions of SCADA module such as such as the topology based dynamic coloring, the holographic PDR supporting PAS network security analysis and simulating operation considering the operation rules are implemented. Finally, a WEB browsing module supporting both SCADA and PAS is presented.
