摘    要:针对传统搅拌摩擦焊因针的磨损而难以适用钢材的不足,西安交大焊接研究所开发了一种摩擦钎焊专利技术,并用其成功地制备了铝/钢(Al/steel)防腐双金属复合板。该技术以摩擦热作为热源,采用无针柱状搅拌头,并预置合适钎料在大气环境下施焊。与传统搅拌摩擦焊的区别在于,用母材的快速熔解代替其塑性变形(特别是较硬的钢材);可避免钢材对针端的磨损;无匙孔。与传统炉中钎焊相比,免用钎剂与保护气体;加热/冷却速率快;可导入压力以挤出多余低强度、低熔点钎料,并使焊缝致密并强化;多途径有效抑制金属间化合物过度增厚。

Abstract:In order to overcome the wear of pin by steel parent material during friction stir welding(FSW) , a novel process of friction stir brazing(FSB) was developed by Welding Research Institute, Xi ' an Jiaotong University. Using the novel process, Al/steel bimetallic plate was successfully prepared. In FSB, frictional heat source, the tool without pin and suitable tiller metal were used in atmospheric environment. Comparing with traditional friction FSW,the characteristics of FSB can be summarized as follows : rapid dissolution of base metals ( instead of the deformation of hard parent metal ), elimination wear of the pin by steel parent metal and no key-hole. While comparing with traditional furnace brazing, FSB has the following advantages:no flux and protective gas, rapid heating and cooling,leading in pressure and then extruding excessive brazing filler metal with low strength and low melting point, strengthening and densiting weld,and inhibiting the thickness of intermetallic compounds.
