多通道随机信号系统数字信号处理的组合算法

摘    要:针对广泛运用的类似大米色选机等设备中的多通道随机信号系统,研究了其输入输出信号的时间关系,提出了一种将多通道随机信号的离散序列合并统一处理来自动实现系统数字输出定时控制的组合算法。以16通道输入输出随机信号系统为例验证了算法。实验结果表明:组合算法有效避开了各通道多信号的随机性问题,和常用的独立循环算法相比,能大大简化编程,有效提高时间控制精度及系统的实时性。

Abstract:Based on the study on the time relationship among output signals and input signals for multi-channel random signal system like rice color sorter,an unite algorithm implementing the time controlling of the system's digital output signals has been proposed.The algorithm was also verified by taking an example for a random signal system with 16 input and 16 output channels.Test results indicate the unite algorithm can escape much randomicity problem needed to be processed when using a general cycle algorithm,therefore it can simplify program design,largely decrease the program running time,and thus heighten the time controlling precision and the system's real-time performance.
