摘    要:按国际《通风机空气动力学性能试验方法》的规定和要求,在某型号通风机上进行出口节流与进口节流的对比,得出了与传统观点不一致的结果;只有当入口节流调节在风机的入口前形成强制正预旋流动的特殊情况下,入口节流调节才会比出口节流调节省电,蓁情况均是出口节流比入口节流调节省电。

Abstract:According to traditional Views, the electricity consumption of a centrifugal fan which adopts throttle adjustment at inlet is less than that of which does at outlet, bat formal experiment and convincing theory have not been found so far. So a contrastive experiment is carried out on the electricity consumption of the throttle adjustment for the inlet and outlet of a certain type of centrifugal fan based on GB 1236-85 . A conclusion which is opposite to the traditional view was drew. This paper verifies the fact that the electricity consumption of a centrifugal fan will be less only if the centrifugal fan adopts throttle adjustment at inlet and the pre-rotation is caused at inlet than that of the centrifugal fan which adopts throttle adjustment at outlet.
