摘    要:采用XRD,BET,NMR,IR等手段对水热老化前后的SAPO-34分子筛进行表征研究。结果表明,水热老化没有破坏SAPO-34分子筛的晶体结构,而是使分子筛中的Si进行了重新分布,导致分子筛强酸中心减少,弱酸中心增加,活性下降。

Abstract:SAPO-34 zeolite prior and post to hydrothermal treatment is characterized by XRD、BET、NMR and FT-IR techniques. Results indicate that the crystal structure of SAPO-34 zeolite is not destroyed under the hydrothermal conditions. The deactivation of SAPO-34 is due to the redistribution of silicon atoms in the zeolite framework during the hydrothermal process, which leads to the decrease of strong acid sites and the increase of weak acid sites, so that the catalytic activity of zeolite reduces.
