摘    要:对轮轴上六方孔的加工提出了摒弃传统的铣插加工方法 ,采用在摩擦压力机上进行热反挤压成型 ,并就可能出现的缺陷及防止措施进行了探讨。实践证明 ,该方法对轮轴上六方孔的加工较传统方法具有明显的优点 ,且对于一般圆筒形零件的反挤压成形也具有很好的借鉴作用

Abstract:A new method for processing the hexagonal hole in the axle by hot backward extrusion on the friction press was proposed,which threw away the traditional milling or slotting method.Discussions were made on the possible defects and corresponding measures.Practices showed that the new method for processing the hexagonal hole possesses obvious advantages comparing to the traditional methods.And this method is also a good reference to the forming of common cylinder_shaped parts by backward extrusion.
