对设备外委修理风险控制的研究

随着矿山凹陷露天的逐步形成,大型电铲在爆破时移动缓慢、灵活的液压挖掘设备数量逐渐增加、由于老师傅知识结构窄,年轻员工与季节性用工技能尚待提高,车间的安全风险、生产成本压力越来越大,不得不考虑将部分设备外委修理、来减轻负担,本文通过对设备外委修理的利弊、风险因素分析,阐述外委修理风险控制流程。

Risk Control of Equipment for Repair

With the formation of the opencast＇s Sunken pit gradually, a large shovel moves slowly in the blast, the number of flexible hydraulic excavating equipment increases gradually, the narrow knowledge structure of the old master,.the young employees and seasonal employment skills to be increased, workshop safety risks and production costs pressure increases, we have to think having some of the equipments to the outside repair company to reduce the burden.In this paper, the pros and cons of repair of equipment assigned risk factor analysis of the assigned repair risk control process.
