高级氧化技术应用于冷水机组的现场测试与节能分析

摘    要:冷水机组冷凝器结垢严重将导致传热性能急剧下降,进而引起机组能耗增加,不利于节能环保。现通过使用高级氧化技术(AOP)可以有效解决冷水机组内的结垢问题,使机组维持在高效的运行状态。通过对实际使用中带AOP装置的冷水机组进行现场测试,并对测试数据进行计算处理分析,进而得出使用AOP处理装置后冷凝器结垢减轻,同时,可对冷水机组进行定量节能效果分析。

Abstract:The heat transfer performance will decrease sharply for the serious fouling in water chiller condenser, as to increase the energy consumption which is not conducive to energy conservation and envi-ronmental protection. Now through the advanced oxidation process (AOP) can effectively solve the problem of scaling within the chiller and keep the unit in efficient running state. The water chiller with AOP device is tested on site, analyzing the test data. Then it is concluded that the condenser fouling is eased by AOP. Meanwhile, the energy saving effect of water chiller can be analyzed quantitatively.
