摘    要:用温压成形技术制备了高密度、高性能铁基粉末冶金材料,试验研究了聚合物对合金粉末的抗氧化性和脱气率的影响,对比分析了干混和湿混两种聚合物加入方式对温压成形过程中聚合物的润滑机理和对生坯与烧结体性能的影响。试验结果表明:干混条件下聚合物的流动性起主要作用。湿混条件下聚合物薄膜所引起的摩擦副表面的性质和状态的改变的主要因素。

Abstract:High density and high quality iron based powder metallurgy materials were prepared by warm compaction The effect of polymeric lubricant on oxidation and degasification of the treated metal powder was investigated Effects of the different polymeric lubricant adding methods on the lubrication mechanism as wll as on green and sintered properties were compared Results show that viscosity of polymer plays a major role in dry mixing, while in the condition of wet mixing the change in property and the friction mode of surface caused by polymeric film is the main factor
