| 摘 要： | 分析了VTC-90立式涡轮分级机的工作原理和结构特点.主轴采用两端两点支承且其组件采用整体吊装方式安装和拆卸;采用了独特的下支承定位固定方式;通过密封叶轮提供的气密封,防止气流"短路",影响分级效率;独特的叶片组件结构提高了叶片和转笼的刚度.该机具有分级效率高,安装、维护简便的特点,将为国内超细粉碎行业提供分级效率高、产品性能稳定且安装、维护简便的新型分级设备.

| Abstract: | The working principle and structure characteristics of VTC-90 vertical turbine classifier were analyzed.The chief shaft was supported by two fulcrum bearings at both the two ends,and its component was entirely assembled and dismounted.A unique method was devised to allocate and fix the lower fulcrum bearing.With airproof impeller,"short circuit" of airflow was avoided.Furthermore,a unique impeller component increased the rigidity of impellers and tumbler.VTC-90 vertical turbine classifier would bring in a new type equipment featured classification efficiency,stable capability,as well as simple installation and maintenance. |
