二冲程柴油机十字头轴承油槽优化研究

摘    要:为了改善和增强二冲程柴油机十字头轴承的流体动力润滑和承载能力,日本Kyushu大学、Daido公司和丹麦MAN B&W公司的专业人士合作,提出了一种新型十字头轴承的油槽即组合双对称锥形油槽的新结构,并通过润滑计算和试验台试验进行优化后,证实在l=5°、γ=0.1°时,该结构对流体动力润滑的改善最为明显,承载能力达到最大。

Abstract:For improving and enhancing the hydrodynamic lubrication and load-carrying capacity of crosshead bearing in two-stroke engine,a new style oil groove for the crosshead bearing was introduced by the specialists from Kyushu University,Daido Metal Co.,Ltd and MAN B&W Diesel A/S.Through lubrication calculation and test on a special apparatus,it is proved that when l=5°,γ=0.1°,the new style oil groove can best improve the hydrodynamic lubrication and enhance load-carrying capacity.
