正交车铣表面粗糙度预测模型的研究

摘    要:车铣是近些年来发展起来的先进切削加工技术.采用多元回归正交试验法,进行了正交车铣ZL101铸铝合金的切削试验,确定了正交车铣切削用量与表面粗糙度之间的关系.轴向进给量对表面粗糙度影响最大,铣刀转速和偏心量等因素对表面粗糙度影响次之.通过正交试验法的回归分析原理,建立了表面粗糙度的预测模型,根据统计检验结果表明,所建立的表面粗糙度预测模型呈高度显著检验状态,具有很高的可信度.

Abstract:Turn-milling developed in recent years is one of the advanced cutting technologies.In this papers,adopting orthogonal experiment method,the cutting experiments of orthogonal turn-milling ZL101 are done.The relation between turn-milling regimes and machined surface roughness is ascertained.It is shown that the axial feed has a prominent impact on surface roughness,followed by cutter rotational speed(cutting speed) and eccentricity.The predictive model for surface roughness is established through regression analysis.According to the results of statistical test it is indicated that the predictive model for surface roughness is in highly notable test status and has a highly reliability.
