关于湖北省消费者对淡水产品安全看法的调查报告

目的全面了解湖北省消费者对淡水产品质量安全的看法和满意程度,促进湖北省淡水产品市场的可持续发展。方法以湖北省淡水产品为研究对象,采取问卷调查的方式对消费者的淡水产品消费行为、消费决策、安全风险担忧程度以及公众对相关媒体报道信息的认知情况开展调查。结果大多数湖北省居民对淡水产品的安全持担心态度,并认为最大的安全隐患是养殖环节。结论建议有关部门加强监管与处罚力度,有效解决淡水产品安全问题。

Investigation report on consumers' views on safety of freshwater products in Hubei province

ABSTRACT: Objective To understand the consumers'' opinions with the quality and safety of freshwater products in Hubei province and promote the sustainable development of the freshwater products market in Hubei Province. Methods Taking freshwater products in Hubei province as an example, a questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate consumer behavior of decision-making, risk awareness and the public''s cognition of relevant media reports. Results Most residents in Hubei Province are worried about the safety of freshwater products. They believe that the biggest potential safety hazard is breed aquaculture. They proposal that step up supervision and punishment can effectively solve the safety problem of aquatic products.
