摘    要:为有效改善现有气波制冷机接受管开口端的流动状况、提高等熵效率,对气体分配器结构进行了改型,融入了透平膨胀机做功制冷机理,设计出一种新型的制冷机——反冲膨胀式波制冷机。该实验机具有利用渐缩喷嘴射流反冲膨胀做功的特点,能有效降低射流速度从而改善入口端流动状况,气体总焓下降,起到了很好的预冷作用,制冷机的等熵效率随之提高。通过对模型机的实验研究可知:气体分配器转速变化时,等熵效率出现多个峰值点,由实验可确定最佳转速;分配器转速提高,分配器进出口的温降以二次曲线的形式上升;利用管长与转速的匹配关系曲线图可估算定管长的最佳转速,或估算设计转速对应的最佳管长;提高气体分配器入口压力及膨胀比,射流温降相应增加。

Abstract:In order to improve the flowing conditions of receiving pipe opening-ends of the existing Gas Wave Refrigerators (GWR) and improve the isentropic efficiency, the structure of gas distributor is modified. Introducing the refrigerant mechanism of turbo-expander working, a new refrigerator (Reaction-Propelled Inflation-Wave Refrigerator) is developed. The experimental refrigerator has the feature to use reaction-propelled inflation by jet flow of the gradually reducing nozzle working, which can decrease the jet flow-rate effectively, improve the flowing conditions of the entrance, and make the general gas enthalpy reducing, so that get good effect of pre-refrigerating, and increase the isentropic efficiency of the refrigerator accordingly. With test study of the experimental refrigerator, it is found several peak values appear on the isentropic efficiency when the rotary speed of gas distributor changes. The optimal rotary speed can be determined by experiments. When the rotary speed rises, the temperature drop of the distributor entrance and exit will increase in the form of conic. With the matching relation curve between the tube length and the rotary speed, the optimal rotary speed can be estimated under the given tube length, or the optimal tube length can be estimated under the given rotary speed. When the pressure and the inflation rate of the distributor entrance rise, the temperature drop of jet flow will increase correspondingly.
