摘    要:有杆泵往复抽油方式常采用机、杆、泵优化的方法来提高系统的整体效率,但易忽略电动机与其他设备的合理匹配.在机采系统机、杆、泵等参数的优化设计基础上,调整冲程、冲次之后,提出了通过选择电动机极数和皮带轮直径来进一步提高系统效率的方法.理论和实际应用表明,该方法简单可靠,能满足现场应用的要求.

Abstract:Rod pumping oil recovery system is applied widely, the optimal method was usually used to enhance the efficiency, but it is easy to ignore that the electromotor matches other fixtures rationally. On the basis of the optimal design of sucker-rod pumping and swabbing parameters, the method to choose the electromotor series and the diameter of belt pulley for enhancing the system efficiency is presented after the stroke and frequency are regulated. The practical application on site shows that this method is simple and credible, and can meet the need of the site.
