| 摘 要： | 系统研究了信息系统的刚性,首先给出了信息系统刚性的定义,同时分析了刚性产生的原因,然后得出结论,即面向功能的设计与开发是造成系统刚性的主要原因。最后提出了抑制信息系统刚性的方法,即面向过程的开发方法。
